How to request a refund

  1. Email support@thesecureswitch.com from the email address used at checkout.
  2. Include the order confirmation reference from Hotmart.
  3. Refunds are processed through Hotmart in accordance with its refund procedures. Funds are returned to the original payment method.

What is covered

The guarantee covers the full price you paid for The Secure Switch digital product. There is no requirement to return files — this is a digital product.
